1. Measuring tape: For measuring limb length and girth
2. Goniometer: For measuring range of motion
- 360 goniometer of different sizes for different joints
- 180 finger goniometer
3. Tendon hammer: For eliciting limb reflex and plantar reflex
4. Skin marking pencil: For marking important anatomical landmarks
5. Plumb bob: To drop a plumb line
6. 128 or 256 Hz tuning fork: For testing vibration sense and temperature sensation
7. Disposable sterile sharp points like neurotip: To assess superficial pain sensation
8. Cotton wool wisp: To assess crude or light touch
9. Paperclip unraveled to create 2 tips set specific distance apart or a compass divider with blunted end: To test 2-point discrimination
10. Other general equipment:
